Northhill is a brand operated by L.C Innovations Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Throughout these Terms, "Northhill", "we", "us" and "our" refer to L.C Innovations Group LLC. "You" refers to anyone who visits our website or places an order with us. "Site" refers to the Northhill website and every page, tool and service it contains.
By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy, which form part of this agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in the state where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.
We do our best to describe our products accurately and to display colors and details faithfully. Screens render color differently, and small variations between the photographs and the item you receive are normal. Measurements given on a product page are approximate.
Products are offered while supplies last. We may change or discontinue a product, or limit the quantity available to one customer, at any time and without notice.
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout where it applies.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
Payment is taken when you place the order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order.
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees that apply to your delivery are the responsibility of the recipient, unless they were collected from you at checkout.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation of shipment, not when you receive the order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including after a confirmation email has been sent. Reasons include a product being out of stock, an error in the price or description, a suspected fraudulent or resale order, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
You can cancel your own order at no cost as long as it has not shipped. After that, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided. Please make sure that address is correct and complete: we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a new shipping charge.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, we provide a prepaid return label, and you choose between a refund and an exchange.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you order and to keep it up to date. We are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by information you entered incorrectly.
You agree not to use the Site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send unsolicited commercial messages, to upload malicious code, to scrape or copy the Site's content by automated means, to interfere with its security features, or to place orders under a false identity. We may terminate your access if you do.
The Site and everything on it — text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, the Northhill name and the overall design — belongs to L.C Innovations Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property law.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, resale, republication or use in advertising, requires our written permission.
If you send us a review, a photograph, a comment or any other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce and display it in connection with Northhill, without payment. You confirm that the content is yours to give and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or off-topic, but we are under no obligation to monitor it.
The Site may link to sites and services we do not control, and our checkout, payment processing and shipping rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Their own terms apply to your use of their services.
The Site and the products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, or that any defect will be corrected.
Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under the law of your state.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, L.C Innovations Group LLC, its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or of any product bought through it.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless L.C Innovations Group LLC and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@northhill.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues are settled at this stage.
If the dispute is not resolved, it will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This does not remove any right you may have to bring a claim in the small claims court of your own state.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date at the top. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published, and continuing to use the Site means you accept them.
